This is a new type of aluminum alloy piston cast forming method. In this way, metallographic organization can be greatly improved to level 1 . The temperature of the piston in the engine is as high as 350 degrees, which puts forward higher requirements on the high temperature tensile strength of the piston. The tensile strength of ordinary gravity casting piston at 180° is 170~190Mpa. While the tensile strength of HENWEIT's liquid die forging piston can reach 270~310Mpa. This piston volume stability can be controlled within 0.01%, which reduces cylinder clearance, and the fuel consumption.
